About the Founder
Findeek was created by Ophelia, a former 5-star Concierge Personal Shopper with more than 12 years of personal shopping experience helping hundreds of customers find products, compare options, discover discounts, and locate alternatives when items were out of stock.
As a wife, mother, and family-focused person, Ophelia understands how quickly time can slip away. Between work, family responsibilities, special occasions, and everyday life, finding the right gift, tracking down a hard-to-find item, comparing options, or searching for the best value can become overwhelming and time-consuming.
I've always enjoyed helping people. Whether it was finding the perfect gift for a loved one, tracking down an item that seemed impossible to find, comparing options, locating a better deal, or helping someone stay within their budget, I genuinely enjoyed being part of the solution.
That understanding is one of the reasons Findeek was created — to help people save time, reduce stress, and have someone in their corner when they're searching for something special, meaningful, affordable, hard-to-find, or simply the right fit. Life gets busy, and sometimes having an extra set of eyes can make all the difference.
Before creating Findeek, Ophelia was invited by major retail brands to become an influencer and later a Concierge Personal Shopper because she was already helping customers through referrals, recommendations, and personalized shopping assistance. Over the years, she built relationships with hundreds of clients while helping them save time, discover better options, find discounts, and make more confident purchasing decisions.
